− For the price of the apartment, the finishes inside were not well executed, feeling worn, more tired than homey. The apartment could enjoy some basic maintenance.
Wonderful spot to watch gondolas and beautiful boats pass beneath in the canals.

10.0I am very satisfied with my stay in this apartment and believe it to be one of my best experiences in Venice, where I have been multiple times: the location, comfort, cleanliness, and communication with the staff are all excellent!
− The only thing missing was an additional air conditioner, as one is not enough to cool the entire apartment.
