− Очень шумный напольный кондиционер, без него холодно, а когда он включен спать не возможно, слишком шумно

7.0Ubicación y limpieza. En la misma calle tienes un tiramisú excelente y una muy buena tienda de máscaras.
− Agua caliente justita. No hay repisa en la ducha. Hay mosquitos. Falta un detector de presencia para la luz de la escalera.
Perfekt für Venedig-Sightseeing
9.0Die Unterkunft war sauber, die Kommunikation einfach. Wir waren im März da, konnten über die Klima jedoch das Apartment wärmen, das war allerdings teilweise etwas laut. Das Apartment ist super gelegen, 5-7 Minuten jeweils zum Markusplatz oder zur Rialto-Brücke! Wir würden es wieder buchen!
− Man hört die Geräusche von der Straße, aber wenn man die Fensterläden geschlossen hatte, war es zum schlafen absolut kein Problem. Das Bett ist ok, so ein Schrankbett- für 2 Nächte gut, länger bräuchte ich es nicht unbedingt.

8.0Апартаменты находятся в самом центре, близко к основным достопримечательностям Венеции. Рядом есть магазин , кафе . Заселяться можно уже в 12 часов , это редкость. Заселение самостоятельное, хозяин дает подробную инструкцию. В апартаменте чисто, есть все необходимое , в холодильнике нам оставили воду, сок и шампанское. Так же есть кофе, чай, сахар, масло .
− Очень холодный пол, хотелось бы , что б был коврик или одноразовые тапочки. Еще огорчило сообщение хозяина , что мы должны были оставить 16 евро на столе « туристический налог», хотя в описании ничего о доп доплате нет, кроме того на официальном сайте есть график уплаты налога, наши даты туда не входят
