Нормальное место для летней поездки и неприхотливого гостя, который не будет находиться в квартире
6.0Большая красивая квартира в центре Венеции в пешей доступности (10 мин) от площади Сан-Марко. Похожа на фотографии. Старый дом, тихий двор, вокруг все есть - локация идеальная, размер квартиры тоже! Оборудованная кухня - можно готовить, что мы и делали. Большой холодильник. Есть бытовая техника (например, пылесос).
− В декабре не работало отопление и горячая вода (стоит бойлер, был не включен, инструкций, как им пользоваться - нет, пробовали включать сами - все время отключался). В квартире было холодно, мыться было не чем. С маленьким ребенком не комфортно. Также не работал wi-fi от слова совсем. Так как дом кирпичный, 5G/LTE также практически не работал - приходилось высовываться из окна в кухне (на улице +5), чтобы позвонить.

− O aquecimento estava constantemente a disparar e a desligar e um dos quartos era muito frio, quem lá ficou passou duas das quatro noites que lá ficamos, com frio. Pratos pequenos apenas 4, umas das chávenas com asa partida, fraco nos acessórios e utensílios de cozinha. As fotos favorecem muito!

7.0Apartamento muy céntrico pero a su vez da a un callejón muy tranquilo. Amplio, con dos dormitorios con dos baños
− Quizá el baño de la habitación principal era algo “forzado”, la calle de acceso un poco oscura de noche.

10.0Everything was done electronically, apartment was just off a square not far from St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. Really well set out, very comfortable beds.
