9.0It's a charming appartment, ideal for up to 6 people, in a quite place. All the needed info was sent in advance by Cristina via Whatsapp, which made the check-in very easy. A pity, that we could not meet her in person.

Great location, atmospheric Venice, quiet spacious apartment.
9.0Quiet, clean and spacious apartment. It's well located, with one side of the property next to a canal. The host was very communicative, giving clear instructions on key collection and check in and out. We could well have fit a few more people in the apartment, so great if you're in a bigger group.
The accommodation is just perfect!!! Also the communication with the owner was very good. Strongly recommended

7.0The location is nice, pretty close to Rialto bridge and easy access to shops.
− It’s on the 3rd floor without elevator. Not easy for old people and carry a heavy luggage.
