− Kein warm Wasser bzw. ab dem 2. Tag nicht mehr. Konnte nicht gelöst werden bzw. wurde vom Servicepersonal ignoriert

9.0The location is fantastic. The decor is in keeping with the period property and the beds were comfy
− As others have mentioned, the stairs are very steep. Top tip - we took our suitcases down empty and packed them at the bottom to save struggling with the weight on the narrow staircase
Without the plumbing issues, the flat would have rated excellent for its character and location.
6.0The property was very well located for St. Mark's Square and other Venice attractions. The accommodation was full of character and well suited to our group.
− The day after we arrived, we found water leaking through the ceiling of the upper landing. This was from the boiler on the top floor but the host insisted that it was from the bath situated below the leak. He also suggested that the bath should not be used and that all seven of us should use the shower. We would not have rented the accommodation if it had only one shower/ bath. A day later, we used the dishwasher and found that it leaked on the kitchen floor. There were some other minor issues such as only one rubbish bin for accommodation over three floors and the toilet paper ran out before we finished our stay.
Beautiful and very clean house. I highly recommend it to families and friends for up to 7 people

− L’escalier est un peu raide, et il n’y avait pas de climatisation dans le salon, mais nous avons utilisé un ventilateur d’une chambre

10.0L appartement est très bien placé, literie impeccable, décoration soignée dans le cadre d une rénovation réussie avec de jolis matériaux- Accès à une terrasse ensoleillée selon la tradition de construction vénitienne sur le toit- Beaucoup de charme- Marcello a été présent pour tenter de résoudre la connexion internet perdue- Très joli séjour- A recommander sans réserve-
