9.0− They keys are picked up from a box at the apartment floor. However, in order to enter the property (at ground level) you have to contact the hosts and they will open the main door remotely. This arrangement is fine, but you have to coordinate the arrival with the hosts and make sure that you are at the right address when they open the door.
