− Un disfonctionnement: le ménage n'était pas fait à notre arrivée à 17.00 heureusement deux heures après le problème était résolu.

10.0God plass, to bad, god beliggenhet. Veldig hyggelig personale. Vi kom med et tidlig fly og fikk sjekke inn tidlig.
Overall I would really suggest the property to stay in Venice for a few days.
9.0The property was beautiful, with a nice vintage style and really comfortable for four people (2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms).
− The fact that the property did not have a hand shower holder in the one bathroom and the other bathroom had a really not easy to use bathtub (which is not shown in property photos).
Rude and unhelpful agent. A great shame to have this experience in such a fabulous city.
4.0Great location. Interesting, bustling area without being touristy.
− Prior to our visit, I received several WhatsApp messages from the agent's address asking for confirmation of our booking plus credit card details again. This appears to have been a data breach. We received another WhatsApp message from the agent, as we were due to check in, to say that they were too busy with another client and so would not be there to greet us but had left some keys in a key safe, hanging on the front door of the property. a disappointing start. We had problems with the electrics, with flashing lights and touch lights that wouldn't stay on. When we asked for help from the agent, we were told that it was probably loose bulbs, which it wasn't. No one came to help sort this out. After our check out, the agent sent another WhatsApp message saying that a Venetian mask was missing from the wall in the apartment, and had we packed it!! We had taken photos of the inside of the apartment on our arrival (due to the unusual decor), and you can clearly see that there was no mask. However, the agent continued to message, insisting that the mask had been there. This was extremely upsetting and distressing, not to say, insulting. Booking,com were very supportive when we reported this, but the agents have still failed to respond or apologise. It was a very disappointing end to what had been a wonderful few days in Venice.
Perfect spot for exploring Venice
9.0Easy to access the apartment, contact with the host was excellent, providing us with all the necessary information. We loved the apartment and had everything we needed. Excellent condition, nice and quiet part of the city.
