5.0Nice quiet location which was good for me but if you want to be close to all the shops and action it is a bit of a walk. The neighbor was super friendly and helpful

5.0La posizione è ottima perché distante pochi metri dalla fermata battello Giardini. Facile da raggiungere e vicina alla Biennale.
− Il soggiorno è stato deludente, soprattutto per la gestione del proprietario: comunicazione impersonale tramite messaggi automatici in inglese, nessuna presenza, nessun supporto, e informazioni essenziali richieste da noi. Ci siamo sentiti abbandonati, e per chi non conosce Venezia sarebbe davvero problematico non avere punti di riferimento.L’appartamento era trascurato: pulizia superficiale, copripiumino non convincente, armadi pieni di scatole come un ripostiglio e persino un televisore conservato sotto il letto. L’impressione generale è stata di un luogo arrangiato e poco curato.

8.0The location is very very good. Authentic Italian neighbourhood, friendly people, close to the Grand canal.

Wir kommen wieder um beim nächsten mal die Wohnung zu geniessen.
9.0Da wir zur kranken Mutter zurück mussten haben wir nur einen kurzen Augenschein genommen (für ein nächstes mal). Wir konnten leider nicht dort schlafen. Die Wohnung liegt einzigartig im Zentrum der Biennale in einem alten Gebäude. Liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt. Sehr sauber und für so ein altes Gebäude in gutem Zustand. Es hat einen speziellen Charm. Man spürt sich in eine andere Zeit versetzt. Es lagen frisch gewaschene Frotteetücher und sauber angezogene Betten parat. In der Küche hatte es eine Kaffeemaschine.
