9.0Full of character and age! A great little set up - ideal for a couple wanting to stay out of the craziness of St Marc's, but still walkable to every part of the city.
− All of the bathroom floor was very slippery after showering. As it was a wet room you need to walk across it to use the toilet. Despite a shower mat being provided, it didn't quite cover all the floor. Maybe a grab rail would be helpful, or even an additional shower mat

Cosy and central. Perfect for a short getaway in Venice.
9.0Super central location without being noisy as it was so high up. The host was very welcoming and we found the “book” with tips on restaurants, luggage storage and public transport very helpful. The property was cosy and well equipped.

9.0La location dell’appartamento è perfetta: comodo per arrivare a piedi da piazzale Roma e anche a San Marco. L’appartamento ha uno stile meraviglioso, e’ dotato di tutto e i letti sono molto comodi. Gli spazi sono molto ben organizzati.
− Come molte case di Venezia il pavimento è in discesa, ma non è assolutamente un problema. L’unico reale difetto dell’appartamento è la doccia che è un po’ sacrificata all’interno del bagno.
