7.0Large apartment just a 10 minute walk from St Marks square. Can get dropped off just a 2 minute walk away in a private taxi boat. Plenty of room for the 6 of us that stayed.
− No lift so no good for people with mobility issues...the 1st set of stairs are just rock with a red runner and no banister. A little tired but you're barely there so not a major issue

2.0− I'm sorry to say this but the apartment is so unclean: rooms, dishes, shower, the floor. I think it's worth to make the deep cleaning at least once every season. The table on the kitchen is terribly sticky, There was a dirty pot in the cupboard. There was moss in the shower, etc. And she forgot to switch the light in the closed service room. I recommend changing of the cleaning lady. Sorry, but this apartment spoiled the holiday in Venice.

3.0− Con la temperatura que hay en verano , el Aire acondicionado debe funcionar en perfecto estado. Y no que al tener el tubo de atrás roto, el aire caliente se sale . Además los Filtros sucios
