Location was excellent and very central. The apartment was very big and had more than enough room for all 5 of us. The a/c worked well and overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Breakfast was not included as this is a self catering facility. Frederica met us at the property . She was extremely patient as we missed our connecting flight and on top of that were delayed at the airport since our luggage did not arrive, and we had to keep on changing our meeting time. She also explained how to use the public transport - which made it a lot easier. Easy check out.

Excellent Location with sufficient space for our group (5 people). Kitchen facilities reasonable, beds quite comfortable. Clean

− Washer is in a common area in the building, not inside the apartment unit we are staying.

Be very carefull! They left us having nowhere to sleep , at 23.00 !!

− To start we had arranged to check in until 22.00 (with a fee for late check in) as we were arriving by car and coming from the French riviera. 2 hours before our arrival We spoke with the hosts assistant (fransesco)because we lost our way on the road and we had an 1 hour delay. He send us a very hostile message saying that he will not wait to check us in and he won't waste anytime for us and  he would be available next day at 13.00!!! We tried to communicate back but he didn't answer to calls or texts. So we were left with no room for the night 4 adults! Next day the guy that checked us in (ricardo) saw that I was pregnant and I told him we were very disappointed from the unprofessional behaviour but he didn't seem to care and just gave us a number to call and complain. The apartment was the same as the pictures, but is had some problems. The bathroom curtain had mold, they were spider webs on the curtain and they were dead mosquitos on the walls!!! Iam attaching some pictures of it! The apartment wasn't soundproof so we were awaken everymorning by a family and also the laundry room on the ground floor had a window which was always open and once we saw a rat in the room!!! Also there were some products in the kitchen for cooking (vinegar, olive oil etc.) And most of them were almost empty. Meanwhile the host kept sending us mails stating that we would pay a penalty if we leave any trash in the apartment bins and we are responsible to collect every piece of garbage and throw it to the garbage boat ourselves. Please note that we had booked for just 3 nights (including the one that he denied us the check in) so it wasn't so much that couldn't be picked up during the cleaning process. Overall the experience with them was horrible but luckily as they left us out of the apartment we found a great place called Olympic hotel to stay for the first night, these guys accepted us at 12.

Great location for a visit to Venice.

The apartment is really well located for exploring Venice. It was spacious, clean and comfortable, and having 2 bathrooms for our group of 5 was great. Access to the washing machine was very helpful.
