10.0The host Marcella is wonderful! Even before the trip, she provided all the information, recommended restaurants, told us how to get to the apartment from the airport and sent us the transport schedule. She met us at the bus stop and checked us in ahead of schedule. The apartment met our expectations, everything that was stated on the website was available. Great location, 15 minutes walk to St. Mark's Square and 15 minutes to the train station. 5 minutes from the apartment there is a promenade with restaurants. The apartment is also located in a quiet place. Marcella answered all our questions. If I return to Venice, I would stay at this apartment again.

10.0El sofá-cama fue sorprendentemente cómodo, estaba todo muy limpio y la ubicación es perfecta, a cuatro calles del centro y sin ningún ruido que nos despertara ni nos molestara. Marcella, la anfitriona, súper atenta desde el primer momento; nos mandó el horario del transporte público, nos vino a recoger a la parada para llevarnos al alojamiento, nos explicó un poco de historia y nos hizo recomendaciones de sitios para visitar y comer. En definitiva, si volvemos a Venecia, será para alojarnos con ella!
− Hay que llevarse alguna crema o spray para los mosquitos y no abrir las ventanas.

7.0Emplacement idéal. Très bon accueil. Salle de bain privative.
− Lit très très mou. Papier toilette insuffisant. Planche de WC cassée. Un essui sentait le renfermé. Evacuation de la douche un peu bouchée. Wifi bof. Dommage car ce sont des petites choses qui peuvent être corrigée facilement. De manière générale, l'appartement est bas de plafond donc plutôt adapté aux personnes de moins d'1,80m.

10.0Sympatia i troska właścicielski obiektu. Dobrze wyposażona łazienka, wiele schowków, mieszkanie zaopatrzone, urządzone z pomysłem, super wykorzystana przestrzeń. Ponadto w cichym miejscu.
− Mógłby być większy śmietnik na korytarzu- ale poza tym wszystko było ok. Nie ma się do czego tak na prawdę przyczepić.
