− Black mould in bathroom, bits of plaster falling off wall going upstairs, dirty. No bowls, cutlery missing.

6.0El apartamento está muy bien ubicado a 5 minutos del puente de Rialto. Las camas cómodas.
− No funcionaba el aire acondicionado de la habitación de arriba, hacía mucho calor. Es verdad, que no avisamos para decirlo y siempre contestaba con rapidez
