9.0La ubicación en un barrio tranquilo y muy bonito. Cerca de la parada del vaporetto para ir al centro o ir caminando. Apartamento muy fresquito y bien equipado.
− Un poco lenta la comunicación con las personas responsables al ser todo online. Si tienes alguna pregunta o duda tardan un poco en contestar.

7.0Die Lage ist wunderschön, wobei man zur nächsten Vaporetto-Haltestelle ca. 15 min läuft. Für den Besuch der Biennale ist es optimal, da alles fußläufig entfernt. Es gibt auch nette Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster ist wunderschön auf Boote und einen mittelgroßen Kanal. Es gab kein einziges Glas, aber auf Anfrage wurden 6 Wassergläser am nächsten Tag gebracht. Das Appartment 2 hat hohe Zimmerdecken, wie gesagt, nur vom Schlafzimmer aus Blick auf Kanal, Küche und Sofaecke blicken gegen die Wand vom Haus gegenüber. Hat keine Dachterrasse, wie auf Bookingcom erscheinen mag.
− Wohnungen nicht gut genug beschrieben: Keine Dachterrasse. Leider liest man in den Beurteilungen seit mehreren Jahren das Gleiche: Nicht ausreichend Gläser, Tür zum Bad geht nicht richtig auf, kaputte Armatur der Spülung, defekter Papierhalter, kaputter Türgriff zum Bad... scheint den Gastgeber nicht wirklich zu interessieren, weil das ist noch immer so. Das ist sehr schade, ein bisschen mehr Fürsorge für die Wohnung und sie wäre so schön! Allerdings verfügt Whg 2 jetzt über eine neue Duschkabine! Die ist gut! Das Schlafsofa ist nicht sehr bequem.

7.0La posizione defilata rispetto al centro. La pulizia dell'alloggio .
− La struttura, per il prezzo pagato, era poco curata: mancanza di carta igienica, dal bidet esce pochissima acqua, i sostegni per gli asciugamani non reggono, la luce del comodino non funzionava. Assente un referente di Venezia con il quale relazionarsi, tutto avviene telefonicamente (anche se c'è da dire che ultimamente questo si ripete spesso).

5.0− Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Küchenutensilien wie Töpfe total unbrauchbar. Bad Handtuchhalter defekt, Toilettenspülungknopf fällt dauernd aus der Wand.
