5.0El sitio es mágico , y la zona super bien ubicada. La anfitriona muy amable en todo momento. Pudimos salir un poco más tarde y es de agradecer.
− Es imposible sobrevivir en verano , no tiene aire acondicionado solo dos ventiladores que no son suficientes si como a nosotros, nos pilla la ola de calor . Seria importante valorar la instalación de aire acondicionado.

10.0I really liked how authentically Italian it felt—it truly felt like home. The location is excellent and easily accessible on foot or by water bus. The street is quiet and peaceful, making it a great place to relax. Communication with the owner was easy, friendly, and very quick. Thank you for everything; we had a wonderful stay!

房東在抵達前有詢問是機場或其他方式抵達威尼斯，並且告訴我們從機場與車站要怎麼搭船。也因為剛好沒有碰到面，最後城市稅是還是放在桌上給的。很謝謝房東的信賴。最後提醒來住宿的朋友，垃圾要自己清，每天會有人力車經過就是來收垃圾的喔！

8.0Gestori cordiali con cui è stato facile comunicare. Posizione buona lontano dal caos dei turisti e con negozi nelle vicinanze. Alloggio completo del necessario per lunghi soggiorni. Molto pulito e spazioso. Consigliato
− La scala di accesso all'appartamento è ripida e scomoda se si hanno bagagli ingombranti. Anche se indicato nella descrizione della struttura, preciso che Il televisore ha solo il chromecast e non c'è l'antenna.
