Luxurious apartment on the Dorsoduro convenient but just away from the madding crowds
8.0We were v late on account of the introduction of EES which meant a 2 and half hour queue to get through customs - nevertheless Amir was waiting for us at the dock and took us straight to the apartment and settled us in which was really good.

10.0Loved the location, presentation and perfectly set air conditioning, as we didn’t need to alter it throughout our stay! Such a cool, welcoming space after a hit bust day exploring with plenty of space
− Nothing, however we didn’t get to use the roof terrace due to the heat, a parasol up there would have made a difference and the view is spectacular so I was sad to miss out on that- it was simply too hot up there

8.0Great location - close to access by ferry stop but also close for walking to sites. Fairly quiet at night. Excellent for sharing with friends. Nicely remodelled with a newer kitchen and living area. Overall, Venice is expensive and we found this to be good value for the price. Close walking distance to grocery store for water and basic supplies.
− Top deck was lovely but too hot in later afternoon. It would be great to have an umbrella.
