Appartamento carino e posizione ottima: peccato per l'approssimazione e la poca cura per il cliente!
8.0Appartamento molto carino appena si arriva dotato dei confort essenziali e arredato con gusto. Spazi suddivisi in modo adeguato nonosante sia un unico locale. Presenza di aria condizionata ma non di zanzariere: quindi finestre necessariamente chiuse in estate. Posizione ottima rispetto ai punti attrattivi della città.
− L'host non è stato efficiente nel risolvere alcuni prolemi legati all'assenza di dotazioni dell'appartamento che erano previste in descrizione: è stato necessario discutere per ottenere un phon da viaggio! Presente moca per il caffè ma con la piastra ad induzione non abbiamo potuto usarla e nonostante segnalato, non è stata fornita una soluzione (bastava una piccola piastra da apporre su quella ad induzione!) La pulizia dell'appartamento solo superficiale: polvere sui ripiani e manate evidenti su tutti i pensili. Sanitari, piano cottura e stoviglie pulite.

3.0The place was quite suffocating, host was not responsive at all while we encountered aircon issues on the first night of stay. We somehow managed to figure out ourselves. Overall didn't enjoy the stay.

10.0Gostei muito da hospedagem no que diz respeito à limpeza, funcionamento de todos os itens, conforto. O responsável respondia rapidamente quando eu mandava mensagens, mas não precisamos consultá-lo muito.
− Achei longe do centro mas já sabia, foi ótimo para chegar e ir embora, mas longe quando saímos para passear. Volto a dizer já sabia da localização e não posso reclamar

1.0− The apartment was very dirty. Seemed like it wasn’t cleaned in months. There was neither hair dryer nor iron. The furniture is worn out and the host wasn’t responding when we asked for the assistance. I don’t recommend it.

10.0Skvělá komunikace s majitelem, vše bylo výborné. Ubytování bylo na perfektním místě - v dochází vzdálenosti od parkovacího domu. Majitel byl hodný a poslal trasu - ať nebloudíme. Benátky jsou nádherné a toto ubytování tomu velmi pomohlo. děkujeme a určitě se vrátíme.
