10.0Une hôte très gentille qui parle français en plus. Très facile à trouver, des bars et des restaurants tout autour. Quartier calme à 30 minutes des grands monuments à pieds en passant par des zones très fréquentés ou des ruelles à découvrir.
− L'accès à l'appartement n'est pas conseillé pour les personnes avec un handicap. 3ème étage avec des petites marches.

9.0Het personeel en de ligging vlak bij de vaporetto halte
− Ik zou het fijn vinden als er een plankje bij kon in de badkamer. Je spullen op de wasmachine is onpraktisch ( ze vallen eraf als de machine trilt). Kijk uit met de wasmachine want die kan, ondanks de ketting, te ver naar voren kantelen en schuin gaan staan. Weinig was per keer helpt. Ik zou verder graag dekbedhoezen willen ipv een laken. Houd er rekening mee dat het lastige trappen zijn om je bagage te tillen.

9.0Le contact avec le propriétaire, très réactif. L'accueil, l'attention, les renseignements. Le calme de l'appartement, le fait qu'il y ait 2 chambre, l'emplacement, la proximité de vaporettos et du bateau pour aller à l'aéroport.
− Le canapé dans le salon, pas assez douillet pour s'asseoir pour moi (mais je suis difficile !).
La Guglia é um alojamento que recomendo a quem está a planear visitar Veneza.
10.0A localização do apartamento é muito boa, perto de Piazalle Roma e estação ferroviária, de lojas, cafés e supermercados estando também numa zona bastante calma da cidade. A cozinha estava muito bem equipada com tudo o que é necessário para cozinhar. Amavelmente foi-nos oferecido café muito bom e havia alguns produtos na cozinha como sal, açúcar, azeite, vinagre, torradas, etc. Um factor muito importante foi também o aquecimento e Wi-Fi que funcionaram sempre de forma excelente. O contacto com o Max e a Cristiana foi constante e nunca faltou apoio e resposta a todas as questões que surgiram, desde que foi feita a reserva até ao dia final da estadia.
− O único factor menos positivo são as escadas íngremes para alcançar o apartamento que fica num 3º andar., facto esse que nos foi informado logo no início pelo Max. No entanto, em edifícios tão antigos não se pode esperar outras condições e elevadores e acabamos por superar essa parte.
