10.0Location And the bonus of overlooking the garden with the tortoises. It was cosy but comfortable enough for two plus an adult child.
− The shower was a little tricky for my partner who's over 6foot tall to navigate, however it's not a complaint, because it's a quirk of being in a loft apartment in Venice!

Not a pleasant experience
3.0− As a group of four, we were supposed to stay in the apartament for three nights (7.07-10.07), but unfortunately our stay was much shorter due to several problems. Firstly, there were several bedbugs, visible in the pictures. We were assured by the owner that the rooms were disinfected and the sheets were changed. But after all it did not stop the bugs. Secondly, there were only two beds available. One double and one single. Normally it would not be a problem as there was a sofa to sleep on, but the preciously said sofa was bent and flat in the middle and it was not possible to sleep there. You could feel all the metal pieces there. The owner was kind and responded quickly to our concerns, but we had to change the accommodation due to these problems. At the end we got our refund, but it was not a pleasant stay and I would not reccomend choosing this apartament if other choices are available.
