1.0Seulement l'emplacement.
− Le logement ne correspond pas aux photos de l'annonce, qui sont manifestement anciennes. L'appartement est très vétuste, avec de nombreuses fissures visibles sur les murs, le sol et le plafond, ce qui donne une impression de mauvais entretien. La propreté n'était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. La climatisation émettait un bip toutes les 30 secondes, ce qui était très gênant, surtout la nuit. Nous avons également eu des difficultés à obtenir le code Wi-Fi. Dans l'ensemble, le logement ne correspond pas au niveau de qualité annoncé.

− es una empresa que administra alojamientos y eso puede alterar algunas situaciones, por ej. cuando nos pasaron la info de la ubicación nos mandaron a un alojamiento incorrecto, decían que teníamos cubierto el tax de turismo y debimos pagarlo por separado, las dificultades de conexión wi fi complicó todo, nunca pudimos dar con una persona para manifestar nuestros reclamos, cuando, debido a todo esto, solicitamos una extención de dos horas para el check out, nos lo negaron... en definitiva, la atención no fue buena.

8.0− Il y avait une fuite au climatiseur et nous avons été obligés de mettre une serviette pour empêcher l’eau d’aller vers le lit De plus il y avait un ascenseur mais il était réservé pour le service mais pas pour nous , dommage
