6.0The property was clean and well maintained. Location was great for a low key relaxed visit in Venice. The apartment stated linens and towels available - yet 2 bath towels - 2 hand towels and 1 dish towel is not sufficient for 2 people over a 5 day stay. Garbage having to be taken out at early hours on your holiday (6:30am-8:30am) definitely not ideal.

10.0Everything about this property is excellent we enjoyed our stay. It is very close to Santa Lucia station and the property managers were kind enough to come to the station to receive us since it was raining. They helped us walk through to the apartment which was very kind. If you are looking for a place close to the station with luggage this place is amazing. All major sites are 20 minutes walk or travel by very close Gugli water bus stop. Facilities and amenities provided are very good and it is modernly furnished.

8.0Great location....convenient to water shuttles. When we checked into the room, we were charged an extra 58,00 euros for city tax and cleaning fees. This totally caught us off guard since this information was NOT indicated when we booked the reservations with hotels.com
Appart lumineux dans un super quartier
10.0L'appartement est très agréable dans un quartier idéal (Canareggio), à la fois authentique, calme, mais à proximité des principaux lieux de visite et du vaporetto. Il y a des supermarchés à 10-15 minutes à pied. L'appartement est très agréable et lumineux (ce qui est rare à Venise !). Il est aussi plutôt bien équipé et moderne. De quoi passer un séjour idéal en vivant presque comme les Vénitiens. Petits bémols : - 40 € de ménage sont demandés en plus de la facture finale (c'était précisé sur la fiche Expedia, mais je l'avais manqué), en plus des taxes de séjour. - Il manque une poêle à frire (que des casseroles, ce n'est pas pratique). - Seul un rouleau et demi de papier toilette, c'est trop juste pour 5 jours ! On a dû en racheter. Sinon, tout est ok.
