10.0直前の予約と質問でしたが、すぐに返信してくれて解決できました。部屋が完全に玄関ドアから個別で一人暮らしの家の様で最高でした。部屋はとても広くてインテリアも素敵で綺麗でした。水上バスもすぐ近くから乗ることができ、どこに行くにも便利です。少し時間は掛かりますが、街並みやお店を楽しみながらサンマルコ広場の方まで歩いて行く事も可能な距離です。近くにおしゃれで美味しいカフェやレストランも沢山ありとても良い環境でした。
− コップや飲み物、お菓子等も丁寧に用意はして下さっていたのですが、コップが綺麗に洗えておらず少し汚れていました。ただ、洗剤やスポンジは用意されていたので自分で洗う事は出来ました。 最後の宿泊税についてオーナーに尋ねた所、部屋に置いといて良いとの事でしたがお釣りも必要だったのでどうしようかと思っていたら、隣の建物にいたスタッフが来たので手渡しできました。ただ、年配の女性の方でしたが、イタリア語しかできないようで英語で全くコミュニケーションが取れずイライラしていて、通りすがりの方を呼び止めて通訳して貰っていました。チェックアウトと宿泊税の事を伝えに来ましたがイライラのため息が若干怖かったです。チェックアウトの際に支払ったのですが、お釣りが必要だと分かると激しく怒った様に文句を言いながらお釣りを取りに行ってくれた様で、また怖かったです。ただ、お釣りを持って降りて来た時は何故か笑顔でした。せっかくの良いお部屋でしたが、最後に嫌な思い出になりそうだったので残念でした。 オーナーとお部屋は最高でした。
Check-in desorganizado y limpieza de último momento
1.0− Llegué temprano al departamento con la intención de dejar mi maleta y salir a almorzar mientras esperaba el horario de check-in, que era a las 3:00 p. m. Sin embargo, el anfitrión tardó en proporcionarme el acceso al edificio. Cuando finalmente pude ingresar para dejar el equipaje, no había nadie para recibirlo. Únicamente me enviaron un mensaje por WhatsApp indicándome que dejara mi maleta en una esquina del edificio. Me pareció una opción muy insegura, por lo que decidí llevar mi equipaje conmigo y esperar en un restaurante cercano. Al acercarse las 3:00 p. m., regresé al edificio y recién en ese momento llegó el personal de limpieza para comenzar a arreglar la habitación. Esto demuestra que la habitación no estaba preparada a la hora acordada y resulta difícil creer que pudiera limpiarse adecuadamente en tan poco tiempo. Esta situación me hizo perder tiempo de mi viaje y me causó una muy mala primera impresión. Esperaba un servicio más organizado y que la habitación estuviera lista a la hora establecida.
