− Tutto appare trasandato, tranne il bagno ché è stato rifatto. L'acqua calda proviene da una vecchia caldaia a gas, ma la pressione dell'acqua è troppo bassa, non fornisce acqua calda in cucina. La cucina e gli utensili da cucina sono vecchi e disordinati.
Spacious apartment in peaceful neighborhood
7.0Spacious, comfortable, well appointed kitchen and bedroom, recently remodeled bathroom, peaceful neighborhood close to Giardini and dock. Host was flexible about arrangements.
− Will be even better with some basics in the bathroom like a trashcan and a place to put toiletries in the shower. Shutters blow in the wind, fasteners will make for better sleep. Communication between host was a bit confusing about bag drop off. Deciding on concrete meeting times will be helpful.

The apartment was comfortable and spacious. It made our stay in venice very easy and delightful.
