Situation et personnel flexible au niveau de l’organisation.
8.0La situation de appartement, la vue, les escaliers intérieurs, le calme des résidents, la lumière naturelle, les espaces de séjour spacieux. Le nombre de salles d’eau et l’airco.
− La vétusté de deux salles de bain sur 3. La vétusté des volets qui ne fermaient pas et les tentures non occultantes et les plantes en plastic et la poussière sur les meubles….
