4.0− La verdad no cumplió mis expectativas, finalmente nos cambiamos y por un poco mas de euros encontramos un lugar 5 estrellas, para el valor que tiene no cumple. La entrada parece de un lugar en ruinas. Si bien el dpto estaba limpio, no tiene TV ni, veladores, ni closet, es my básico,

10.0Very nice apartment in the heart of the city, just a few minutes' walk from the Canal Grande and the Rialto Bridge. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a sofa, dining table, equipped kitchen, shower, reliable Wi-Fi, and a comfortable bed. The host was very friendly and made the key handover easy and convenient. We had a wonderful stay in Venezia and would happily recommend this apartment!
We’d definitely come back and stay here again.
9.0The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and amazingly located a few minutes away from Rialto bridge. The host is polite, helpful and always in touch and ready to answer any question. Very comfortable beds , the most needed after long walks around Venice.
− Mind the steep stairs to the second floor which might be a problem for elderly tenants
It was a bed and a bathroom which is generally all we need. Apartment was ok but quite expensive for the quality.

− Bathroom was tiny. Aircon worked well in the lounge/kitchen but the bedroom was quite stuffy.
