stayed 2 nights, perfect location. nice and clean place. bonus, great grocery store downstairs .

− everything was good except, owner only provided one roll of toilet paper for family of 4 so had to but more toilet paper.

10.0Communication and advice from Marco and Monica was excellent from the outset. The apartment location is ideal, away from the hustle and bustle of much of Venice, though still within walking distance of a great selection of shops and restaurants, and a ten minute walk to a couple of vaporetto stops for when you want to head over to San Marco (or Lido if you fancy a trip to the beach as we did). There's a small supermarket just across the bridge from the apartment which is really convenient too. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, modern and has everything you need.

10.0The best location to get to all the sights. Easy to get to from the airport. Only 5 minutes walk to the apartment. Very friendly and polite host Marco. The apartment is perfect. Comfortable and clean. Fully equipped with all amenities.
