Great location, fantastic value, lovely apartment
10.0The location was very central. Easy to get to the ports and to all attractions. The place was great size for 3 of us. Good size kitchen and nice to have 2 bathrooms. The air conditioning was very efficient. The place was very clean and everything worked well. Great that the sockets were next to the beds for charging our phones during the night. We would stay here again.
− The chairs in the living room are uncomfortable, though they look nice. The twin room wasn't large enough for us to have our suitcases out, consequently we kept them in the dining room to access. This wasn't an issue, just a bit of inconvenience. Be warn there are many steps up to the apartment, but this didn't worry us.

8.0Beautiful apartment above a little square. Although we didn't do any cooking, as you have such great food choices all around, kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfy. Loads of wardrobe space. There were just 3 of us, so we used shower in main bathroom and not the ensuite to our room as it was a little compact, but worked well. Lounge was comfy too. In the square was a Farin Caffe, where we collected savoury & sweet croissants for breakfast. F.te. Nove A was by far the easiest Alilaguna water taxi drop as less steps to get to apartment. If you've visited Venice before you'll know what I mean - bridges & steps everywhere. If you've got heavy suitcases, you want to avoid the busyness of Rialto Bridge! Great stay with very easy communication. Would definitely use apartment again.
− If you don't like aircon (provided in the bedrooms), and prefer an open window like me, then be prepared for noise from the party people at all hours.... and a few midgy bites. No noise at all with windows closed.

− Unico piccolo neo: la doccia sarebbe perfetta con un’acqua un po’ più abbondante, non ne viene giù molta. Per il resto tutto perfetto.
