The location is great, I love that part of Venice. Super close there is a supermarket, snd lots of bars and cafes, also off the main tourist route which is also just round the corner. It was rather quiet to sleep, the house is in the yard. The communication with the agency was fantastic, the checkin instructions easy and understandable. No complaints there. Dishwasher pods were provided, also enough rubbish bags. Also enough toilet paper provided.

− It was not very clean. As soon as you enter, you see a very dusty carpet with a lot of things on it. The sofa and the cushions also had some stains, so it did not look very appealing. The bedding was fine, although the duvet covers were inside out. Glasses in the cupboard still had lipstick from the previous guests, so we put them all to the dishwasher first to get them clean. The water pressure in the master bathroom was very bad, and the water temperature was constantly changing between very hot and ice cold. Both the water pressure and temperature were absolutely fine in the small bathroom though, so we all ended up using it after the first night. We only got 1 towel each, so no hand towel! The towels were also not the greatest quality, but they were OK for a couple of days. Overall it was a good stay because it was Venice during the Carnevale, but the price/quality ratio could have been better.

Fantastic location! Close enough to the main touristy areas to get there quickly, but also close enough to the back streets to get away from the crowds. Great rooms, too.

− Maybe not quite as clean as we might have hoped for.
