10.0A acomodação é muito limpa e equipada. A cama é confortável e o imóvel é perto de restaurantes, tem um mercado na rua de trás onde pode se encontrar de tudo. fácil acesso caminhando para todos os pontos turísticos. A hospedagem é tranquila e silenciosa a noite, longe do barulho dos turistas. Fui recebido pela Maria que me deu suporte mesmo antes de chegar no local. Super recomendo.

9.0La decoración, amplitud del apartamento y situación (al lado de un canal muy tranquilo y con restaurantes cerca) Es un apartamento precioso, muy amplio, con todo lo que se puede necesitar y la cama era comodísima.
− Lo unico que no me gustó es que salía muy poca agua en la ducha.

8.0Our stay in Venice was great. The location was fantastic—close enough to explore the city on foot while still being tucked away from the busiest tourist areas. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear check-in instructions along with helpful local recommendations. We especially loved wandering through the nearby canals, discovering hidden streets, and enjoying the authentic atmosphere of Venice. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice. We’d be happy to stay here again on our next trip!

− the aircon did not work great and it was super hot! don’t recommend the tours through the apartment, they were okay!
Excellent apartment
10.0Great location 10 minutes walk to st marks square and 15 mins walk to rialto bridge. The penthouse suite with terrace is great and is worth paying extra for as you get a 360 review of Venice . Apartment is very clean and tidy.
