− 251号的门牌标识不是非常清楚，导致我们找了很久。建议在黑色铁门处再悬挂一块251号的门牌。

Spacious, very clean, really wonderful apartment to spend your days in Venice. Excellent location, near Campo San Geremia, every point of interest is easily reachable by walking. And few minutes to train station and piazzale Roma. We loved it, especially the apparent itself.

Good Location, but Service Needs Improveme

I stayed in this apartment with my family, including a 2-year-old child. The biggest advantage of this apartment is definitely its location — it’s very close to the railway station and bus connections, and within walking distance to most attractions. The view over the Grand Canal is beautiful and feels very romantic. However, it’s important to note that the canal is also quite busy, especially on weekends, so it can get noisy with boats and parties passing by. Whether that’s a downside really depends on your preferences. The main issue with this apartment is the management and overall service quality. We experienced multiple problems, and most of them were only resolved after escalating the case to Booking.com support. Specifically: * We received incorrect check-in instructions, which resulted in us walking 15 minutes to the wrong location and then back again with a stroller and a small child. * The lift was not working for the first two days. * A baby cot (which we had requested, confirmed, and paid for) was not provided until the third day, after escalation. * Wi-Fi did not work for the first two days. * The washing machine is not inside the apartment, but in a shared common area (this was not clearly communicated). Additionally, the apartment is very minimally equipped — there are no basic items like salt, pepper, olive oil, or washing capsules. Since we stayed for a week, we had to buy everything ourselves. We left some items behind in the hope that future guests might have a more comfortable start. In terms of condition, the apartment looks nice but is more worn than shown in the photos. The walls need repainting, some furniture requires fixing, and the overall cleanliness could be improved — the floor was dusty when we arrived. Overall: great location and nice views, but poor management and lack of basic service.

The apartment was very spacious and airy. Having two bathrooms was wonderful.

− The vaporetto stop was quite noisy at night, however we slept better than anticipated. We were a little disappointed the outdoor low relaxed seating in the photos wasn't there, but there was a generous outside dinning table and chairs.
