8.0La posizione é comoda per raggiungere facilmente gli accessi della Biennale. Via Garibaldi offre molte opzioni per colazioni e ristorazione.
− Il bagno é unico in un appartamento che puó ospitare anche 5 persone. La doccia é collocata sotto ad una rampa di scale del piano superiore. Non e'stata comoda per me che sono alto 1.75. Immagino che difficoltá possano avere le persone di maggior statura.

10.0This was not a B&B. Breakfast was not included. My wife and I liked the layout of the apartment, and the location.
− The stairs to the apartment should have a handrail. There should be a working reading lamp on each side of the bed.

10.0Struttura perfetta, pulita e con tutti i comfort, in una zona di Venezia meno turistica e perfetta per un soggiorno nella vera Venezia. A 2 minuto a piedi dai punti di interesse della biennale e vicinissima a supermercati, bar e ristoranti
