we found our place in VENICE!
10.0Location was fantastic, away from the abnormal crowd but not abandoned either. Very close to st.toma vaporetto station as well. There were some amazing gems around the area. Lovely hosts, great communication and the place was EXTREMELY clean. We had a great time.

8.0Freundlicher unkomplizierter Check in, sehr gute Küchenausstattung, Konstante Raumtemperatur 21 Grad, sehr gute ruhige aber zentrale Lage (Bahnhof 10 Minuten zu Fuss, Vaporetto ca. 5 Minuten), gute Restauranttipps, Vermieter bemühen sich um den Gast.

9.0This is a very charming studio in a building dating from 1260. The lift worked well, the suite was nicely equipped and charmingly furnished. Our host was friendly and helpful.
− Sewage smell in bathroom - we suspect it may be part of life in Venice!

− If I have to be really pick, the boiler is quite noisy. After a while it became white noise for me.
