− Las escaleras. Muchos pisos por escalera.
Very small cute apartment
8.0Very cute and rustic apartment. Short walk to St Marks square. Appartment was clean and as in photos. Beds were very comfortable. Staff communication was very clear and helpful.
− Lots of stairs which didn’t bother us that much. The apartment was very small for the price. Shower facilities weren’t great as there was no designated shower area in the bathroom. Just a shower head into the open area so the whole bathroom got soaked.

2.0− Evevything ok in the appartment, except bed bugs observed on the skin of 3 of us, and blood on the sheets. We have had discussion with host through info@hostmate.it on this subject, but have doubt if our complaint has been taken into acount at the right level. No compensation for us, and no indepth cleaning of the appartment for the following visitors. On our side, we have spent hours when back home to clean all our clothes and luggages after our stay.

Excelente localização e suporte da equipe
8.0Fomos muito bem recebidas e tivemos toda ajuda, orientações e informações sobre como chegar, aonde ir, o que fazer e como se deslocar em Veneza antes e durante nossa estadia e todas as vezes que precisamos. A localização é perfeita, próxima às principais atrações e de bons restaurantes. A acomodação é confortável, limpa, silenciosa e bem equipada.
− O banheiro não tem um boxe separado, nossa sugestão é que coloquem, pelo menos uma cortina, para que não molhe todo o banheiro quando se toma banho. Sugerimos também que melhorem a qualidade da internet, os pacotes de dados dos nossos celulares eram consumidos mesmo estando conectados ao Wi-Fi da acomodação. Mesmo sabendo que a acomodação tinha escadas, subir até o quarto andar com as bagagens foi um desafio.

9.0L'accueil à la remise des clés. L'emplacement de l'appartement et son calme. La configuration de l'appartement.
− Des manquements dans l'équipement cuisine : des casseroles toutes petites et un grille pain qui ne fonctionne pas. Il serait aussi utile de mettre un allume gaz au lieu d'un briquet pour allumer les brûleurs de la gaziniere, on se brûle les doigts...
