Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut, ein paar Kleinigkeiten zur Verbesserung wären angebracht.

Das Appartement ist sehr gut von der Rialto Brücke aus erreichbar. Im obersten Stock, man muss eine schmale Stiege 70 Stufen emporsteigen, aber das haben wir gewusst. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen schönen Ausblick über die Stadt. In der Nähe sind viele Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte. Frische Handtücher wurden uns nach 3 Tagen zugestellt. Danke.

− Das Bett ist nur ein ausziehbares Sofa, kein richtiges Bett. Nicht sehr bequem. Auf der Dachterrasse ist ein Sofa vorhanden, das aber sehr unbequem und durchgesessen ist. Es gibt leider keine Sitzkissen. Für die Kaffeemaschine gibt es lediglich 2 Kapseln, wir waren 5 Nächte dort und mussten selbst welche kaufen. Im Badezimmer gibt es nur sehr wenig Ablage.

A very nice, quiet location. A 4-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge. The women in charge of check-in were pleasant. The apartment was in good condition. The view from the terrace is nice. But

− I was flattered by the reviews below saying that the apartment looks better than in the photos. I didn’t think so. In the photos, the apartment looks bigger and brighter. Also, the sofa-bed isn’t comfortable for sleeping. Luckily, I was only staying for one night. A second night would have been impossible for my back. I think the bed is an important part of a rental apartment. If you’re renting out tourist accommodations, provide a good bed, not a fold-out sofa. Tourists who’ve been walking around Venice for 15 hours deserve a comfortable night’s rest, not a sore back the next morning.

Hübsche Wohnung und sehr schöner Blick von der Dachterrasse. Gut organisiert, alles hat prima geklappt. Danke vielmals. Alles Nötige war vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sauber geputzt und wir erhielten eine gute Einführung zu den Abfallsystemen und Türschliessung.

− Das Bett war nicht sehr bequem und beim Wassergebrauch (WC und Küche) macht das System der Wasserpumpe sehr viel Lärm, welcher auch von den Nachbarwohnungen gut hörbar ist.

Comfortable, calm apartment with a nice terrace for a romantic getaway for two

Such a lovely apartment in Venice! It's in the Cannaregio region near the Rialto bridge, but right away from the busy street so it's quiet. The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay, the kitchen has everything for cooking. The terrace was so nice, we had a lovely time there, enjoying the sun, wine, and snacks. The host was very friendly and shared lots of useful tips about getting there, he even has a map of good cafes and other places to check out. Also, make sure to go to the nearby restaurant by the canal, the food and atmosphere is amazing!
