8.0We do like most is the price but the location is really hard to find. Don’t use google maps otherwise you will be in different location. We’re glad an Italian guy helped us.
− There’s no A/C each bedroom.
Perfect for large groups wanting to stay altogether.
9.0Was able to stay as a big party of 10. We only stayed two nights so was out most of the day, but the apartment had everything you would need. It was all very basic but you know what you’re getting when you book. Very friendly owner who helped with queries and questions quickly. We needed to leave by 10:00am but were able to leave our luggage in the courtyard until our flight.
− We arrived late at night and as we had never been to Venice before it was a little difficult to find in the dark lanes/streets. It was only 4 minutes from the boatbus stop San Stae and we found our way around in the daylight a lot easier.
Nice apartment, easy walking distance to all of the major sites.
8.0Location was perfect for our group. Was able to get around fairly easy, Apartment had a book of amenity locations that were close by, which was quite helpful. Size was perfect for our family. We had 5 adults and 4 children everyone had their own beds, and space was quite adequate for all of us.
− Air conditioning, wasn't working that well, so sleeping could have more comfortable, but did hamper our stay much.
