9.0Πολύ καλή η τοποθεσία, κοντά στη πλατεία San Marco, καθαρό και πολύ καλό το προσωπικό. Ο Stefano ήτανε πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός.

− Fotografie na Booking neodpovídaly realitě. Nepohodlné postele. Okna netěsnila, v noci velký hluk z ulice i při zavřených oknech. Zatuchlý smrad.

10.0Soggiorno perfetto. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione invidiabile, a pochissimi passi da Piazza San Marco. Gli spazi sono organizzati benissimo e la pulizia è impeccabile. Un plauso particolare ai materassi: comodissimi, fondamentali per riposare bene dopo lunghe camminate tra le calli. Consigliatissimo!"

1.0Uniquement le lieu géographique
− Logement Sale en mauvais état, très mal entretenu, la description de l’appartement ne correspond pas du tout à l’identique du logement, il y avait beaucoup de manquement essentiel!!! Aspirateur qui aspire pas malgré que j’ai pris le soin de le nettoyer de nouveau! Et aspirateur rafistoler un peu partout!! Porte intérieur du congèle qui tiens à moitié! Machine à laver, sans étendage! les vitres étaient extrêmement sales! Limite, on ne voyait pas le jour à travers !! Les tapis au sol, très abîmés et tout taché, la literie en très mauvais état!! encadrement de lit rouillé par endroit, latte de lit manquante! sans parler de la rouille dans la salle de bain et dans le fond du toilettes juste cela est inacceptable! les miroirs étaient tout piqué au point qu’il n’y avait aucune visibilité à travers! Sans parler des travaux qu’il y avait au sein du bâtiment avec un joli réveil matinal à 8h ! Rapport qualité prix zéro !! Je loue depuis de nombreuses années auprès de Booking, c’est la première fois que je rencontre un tel problème, APPAREMMENT À FUIR !!!
