− Petit déjeuner compris dans la réservation et totalement inexistant Lavabo de Sdb bouché , équipements de cuisine très insuffisant, serviettes de toilette insuffisante Réservation pour 4 personnes : 2 petites cuillères, 3 serviettes de toilette
Absolutely terrible...
1.0Only saving grace was it was warm. Everything else was terrible.
− Was dirty and not very well maintained. Hairs in bed, dirty sheets and duvet covers, lights not working and/or flickering, water temp in shower kept changing, water pressure not good and shower too small and cheap & nasty materials. Booked with breakfast but didn't get any. Tried contacting the property on several occasions and zero response. An overall terrible experience that literally ruined the Venice experience for us.

2.0La posizione ottimo tutto il resto pessimo. L'appuntamento non era proprio pulito: in cucina non avevano neppure spazzato sotto il tavolo. Mancava la carta cartaigenica, il caffè. L'acqua della doccia era fredda.
