10.0Tout était super, le quartier est calme et permet de sortir de l’effervescence des quartiers touristiques. La Clim était un réel atout en ces jours de grosse chaleur. Un petit oubli qui a été vite réglé par Marcella et sa fille Gaïa!
Fabulous, quiet apartment in historic canalside building.
10.0The apartment is situated near a vaporetto stop, and Marcella kindly met us there to provide an orientation to the neighbourhood. The apartment is beautiful inside with all the conveniences. It is large, and the bathroom was great. It is in a real Venetian neighbourhood and not overrun with tourists - highly recommend. It was lovely to meet Marcella and all her recommendations were excellent. Don't miss Al Timon if you like steak - best local beef tenderloin at a really good price. We did have a little difficulty with the apartment lock but that is par for the course for us. We don't see modern skeleton keys in Canada and we needed coaching from Marcella, but she was very responsive.

6.0Die Lage war optimal für uns, Das Palazzo ein tolles Gebäude und Marcella sehr hilfsbereit. Eine sehr schöne und grosszügige Wohnküche- ideal fü‘s arbeiten.
− Wir haben ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht. Bekamen aber ein Schlafzimmer mit harten Kopfkissen und ein Zimmer mit einem harten und unmöglichen „Schlafsofa“ . Wir haben es gemeldet und bekamen zusätzlich eine alte mit Federn ausgestattete Matratze für eine Person auf den Boden gelegt… Hunde haben bessere Schlafplätze.

8.0La dueña es maravillosa, ayuda y da recomendaciones muy útiles para la estancia. El sitio es espectacular, situado en un antiguo Palacio, el apartamento está completamente reformado a todo confort. Está cerca de todos los sitios para ir andando, 10-12 minutos a cualquier sitio turístico. Un gran sitio para estar.
− El apartamento se anuncia como un apartamento con 2 habitaciones y no es así. Tiene una habitación y lo otro es una sala de estar con un sofá que se hace cama y que tiene extracoste de 20€ si quieres que te lo preparen. Este sofá cama no es tan cómodo, y a parte me dio la sensación de que las sábanas no estaban cambiadas de la estancia anterior o se habían dejado en la lavadora demasiado tiempo húmedas.
