9.0I was sick so i had to leave early but the owner gave me full refund back. They provide coffee and water for free too. The staffs are super friendly, kind and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious and clean too. They clean the room and change the towel once every two days.
− It is very close to the bus stop but it is not close to MRT and BTS. It is okay if you can take the bus but it isn't if you can't as it is a little bit far from the center and in rush hour you can't call any taxi. Traffic jam in bkk is crazy during rush hour if you travel by bus n car.

− The location to downtown isn’t the best. Need a taxi ride to get anywhere so spending $ constantly on Grab to either get food or a ride to Train station.
