Had a great stay in Bangkok. The hotel location is excellent with everything nearby — 7-Eleven, cafés, markets, and public transport, which made getting around very easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with all the basic amenities. The bed was cozy and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Overall, very convenient and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Not like the pictures. Not secured. A 4 rating at best. At least they did a partial refund.

I liked the fact that the owners returned 40% of my non refundable 3 day stay and put us in a different property (silom p2) for 1 night when contacted about the property not looking anything like the pictures or (false) reviews, or so much mold that you could not hardly breathe. Silom p2 was only slightly better. Scary location and still mold.

− Beware, the property is nothing like the lovely pictures in the listing. Pictures were clearly from long ago and do not represent the property's current condition. They have to be renting to friends or themselves to have any good reviews. I stay in a variety of properties when traveling, lower rating cheap properties when just trying to get a quick sleep and shower and 8+ rated properties when spending some time in them. This property is a 3 to 5 at best. It is as bad as it gets on booking.com. details, mold on the wall and so thick in air very hard to breathe. Walls dirty and paint peeling, fixtures broken or pulled from the walls and missing. Just total disrepair from what the pictures show. Security is also scary, security doors on both properties were broken and not functioning. You check yourself in so there is a lock box with a key. But the code is the room number and clearly never changes. Anyone could come back into the room at any time. In short, pass on any of the silom S1 S2 S3 P1 P2 Properties. You will be glad you did.. one last thought... Half of the Light bulbs were burned out....
