− Sofa was a sofa bed and cushions kept moving so not comfy as a sofa but that was our only slight issue

A Home Away from Home
10.0This apartment felt just like home. It was spacious, with a well-equipped bedroom, living room, and kitchen. There was plenty of coffee provided throughout our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent—it's within walking distance of the major attractions and very close to Florence's main train station.
− Everything was excellent overall. The only minor downside was that towels are not replaced during your stay unless you stay for more than five nights. If you need fresh towels, you'll have to wash them yourself using the washing machine on the basement level (-1), which costs €3 and accepts coins only. For future guests, I highly recommend making good use of the kitchen facilities. Buying fruit and groceries from a nearby supermarket and storing them in the refrigerator makes the stay even more enjoyable and comfortable.
