10.0The property was decorated to a high standard with traditional Italian furnishings. Very centrally located literally steps from most top attractions The host Lorenzo could not have been more approachable, such a lovely man and so very helpful in every respect. Apartment was spotless and had everything you needed. The balcony was a treat to people watch and the widows looked over the busy market. A bustling atmosphere. Fresh flowers, oranges to squeeze and a bottle of wine was a nice touch. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

9.0Location, clean, lovely host, nice interiors. Right in the middle of the historical center and Ponte Vecchio, so beautiful surroundings.
− The air conditioning could not be fully on, so it was hot in the apartment for a Finnish person 🙂 Then again our stay was during the massive heat wave. If it is a law in Italy that you can't have AC lower than 26/24C, then this isn't really the apartment's or the hosts' fault. The apartment is at a square where there are performers every night, so it will be very loud until 11PM or closer to midnight.

10.0Perfect location, lovely and comfortable apartment. But best of all was Lorenzo who took such good care of us — from making dinner reservations for us 2 nights at hard to get into restaurants, to storing our luggage all day after checkout, and giving us a wonderful bottle of chianti at checkin to enjoy during our stay. He made our stay extra special!

9.0We liked everything about it, and Lorenzo was a charming considerate host. Nothing was too much trouble, and he looked after us like a favourite nephew!
− Our only reason for 9, not 10 was related to loud tourists using the adjacent leather market to shout and sing on their return to their accommodation in the small hours. Concerts there finished by 10.30 and were delightful! Earplugs were available in the apartment!!
