7.0As other reviews mentioned, the property is adorable. It was clean and felt very homey.
− I knew the bathroom was gonna be tiny based on reviews. It wasn’t a deal breaker but it definitely wasn’t practical. The listing said free toiletries and cleaning products. Toiletries = 2 bar of soaps. No shampoo. There was barely any detergent liquid left to do even 1 load of laundry. We had to buy shampoo and detergent ourselves which was inconvenient. We ended up leaving the detergent at the apartment. My husband and I were on our third week of travelling through Europe. We would have been fine with a 2-in-1 liquid body wash/shampoo but just bar soap is below standard.

8.0Fantastic location, felt like we lived like a local for the week. It was fantastic having a washing machine and an iron for the first time in a month of travel in Europe.
− It got very hot at night because the sir conditioning didnt reach the bedroom area. I got lots of mosquito bites so an insect repellent is needed.
We will always think of La Casina as our little home in Florence.
10.0The ambience. Such a warm and welcoming space. We thank Lucia for the privilege of being able to stay in her apartment. We loved the view, the location, eating and drinking and shopping with the locals. A special time. The highlight of our time in Florence.
