6.0The apartment itself was quite satisfactory, located in a top location and clean. It’s a bit small, but ideal for 1–2 people. In the apartment you have everything you need for comfortable staying. Be aware, if you’re arriving by car, there is no parking available on that street, and the nearest garage can often be completely full.
− The staff who welcomed us were extremely unfriendly, honestly I’ve never experienced anything like that before. To be fair, we were late for the check in, and we informed them of that. Due to difficulties with the GPS and the inability to find parking in Florence and near the apartment, the gentleman had to wait for us (which he also charged €60 for). That was our mistake and out poor organization, but the rudeness and the tone he used to greet us are not appropriate for someone working in tourism or for a property owner.

7.0Close to sightseeing attractions, the room was clean and very comfortable bed.
− We had to ask the uffizi hotel staff to call and find out when someone was coming. Delay in being met at the rental. The toilet was randomly flushing and at other times difficult to flush.
