− scarsa pulizia,puzza di fogna dal bagno, struttura malandata, peccato perchè la posizione è eccezzionale e la vista del terrazzo fantastica...anche il materasso scomodo e asciugamani vacchi e macchiati..

Great for a pit stop but don’t expect luxury

Location was great for restaurants and tourist attractions of historic city. View was nice. Shower was big. Host very accommodative to our very late night/delayed arrival and when storing bags after check out.

− It was not as smartly presented as the pictures on booking led us to believe. E.g. could feel spring through the mattress, light bulb hanging by wires, shower was in poor state of repair (though functioned fine when it got going). Absolutely fine if you’re just looking for a place to sleep while you see the amazing sights of Istanbul. But don’t expect that luxury touch (which, to be fair, wasn’t something promised by the host).

− Die Inneneinrichtung war leider zum größten Teil kaputt, vieles war lose und nur notdürftig repariert. Natürlich ist das auch Schuld, von den Leuten die dort Urlaub machen und echt bescheiden mit den Sachen umgehen.

The view was great!

− The description said one flight of stairs but it's actually three flights of steep stairs. A bit of local information would be good, we went to the grand bazaar only to find a smaller bazaar just around the corner which would have saved us the trip. The freezer was a solid block of ice, took me all the first day work to be able to use it.

Staff we interacted with were helpful and easy to communicate with. They accommodated our reasonable requests when they could, which my family appreciated. The apartment itself is well situated in Sultanahmet -- easy walk to the Blue Mosque area, and the tram which gets you everywhere in istanbul. There is a sea of shops and available groceries nearby, available 24/7. The apartment is up a flight of steps and there is no elevator, but staff met us and helped us with our suitcases. Strong A/C inside the apartment was much appreciated in the istanbul summer heat. Beds were comfortable and sufficient beddings, linens, amenities, etc. were provided. Place was clean and view was amazing. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very disappointing stay

Frustrating. It wasn’t the apartment we have rented with sea view. The person in charge told us that our original apartment was under renovation. The place didn’t meet our expectations at all.

− They gave us a different apartment. These apartments have steep stairs difficult to climb, not suitable for children or elderly people. Lack of cleanliness. The water was cut off an entire day without any warning. No reception. Very difficult to contact the person in charge.
