Местоположение отличное

− Квартира в реальности не такая светлая и просторная. Мебель и стены не так свежи как на фото и все не так уютно как ожидалось. Кухня микроскопическая, без окон и просто нормального освещения. В одной из спален все время слышен шум установленного обогревателя для воды. В квартире плохая звукоизоляция - слышны голоса соседей сверху и все что происходит в парадной. Вход в парадную всегда заставлен коробками с товаром. Лестница в парадной на 3 ий этаж довольно крутая. С чемоданами там не очень удобно.

− 1. At the entrance to the house there is a huge warehouse of boxes, through which you can barely walk with suitcases. 2. When we moved in, there was no electricity in the apartment, we waited 30 minutes for the owner, who fixed this problem. But the mood was already spoiled. 3. In one of the bedrooms there is a boiler, which makes unpleasant sounds every 10 minutes, due to which it is impossible to sleep in this bedroom. We were forced to sleep in the living room, where there is a lot of noise from the street. 4. In the kitchen, only one burner works 5. In the large bathroom, the water drain in the shower does not work well The rental price of this apartment is very high

Fantastic apartment in an amazing location! Ideal for families, easy access to trams to the Old Town and metro. Great communication with hosts, always on hand to help. Arranged transfer, helped with luggage, allowed late checkout as there were no other guests that day. Highly recommend

A bad experience

− The apartment (Origine rentals Z1) actually doesn't match photos on the booking website, even its info as well. The apartment is located on a steep road and in a business area between building materials shops. Its entrance is crowded with boxes for the surrounding shops, which hinders the movement of entry and exit. The most important thing is that the apartment is in the fourth floor including the ground floor (G + 3ed floor) and there is no elevator in the building, while the information available on the website shows that the apartment is located on the second floor, that stated when the owner answer customers’ questions on the Booking website. In addition, there is no reception, I faced lack of cooperation and responding from the owner of the apartment. Moreover, the lack of cleanliness of the sofas in the living room, where there are some accumulated stains on them. Sorry for the length message, but I want to share with you the troubles I've run into this stay that's meant to be for enjoyment. Dr. Waleed.
