Great value for a nice apartment
9.0Great location, great value, and very comfortable apartment with a lovely terrace! Comfortable for 4 people. Air con worked very well and check in was very easy.
− The elevator is a tiny European elevator. It took us 2-3 trips to get our baggage up and down (we packed for a 11 day trip). One of the bedrooms is a loft which is up a steep flight of stairs, so it's a bit of a hazard for people with difficulty on stairs.
Recommend - great place for 2 couples.
9.0Location was perfect - wine window on the corner. For 2 couples the 2 separate bathrooms was great to have. Having a lift to the door of the apartment when you have luggage was amazing.
− Everything was great - if there was something we thought could be updated it would be the pillows and a better corkscrew.

9.0Very conveniently located between Florence Station and Florence Cathedral (just 5 mins walk), this apartment provided us a wonderful feel of home away from home. Perfect for 2 families with value for money. The rooms were clean, well decorated, and had sufficient lighting. The kids especially liked the loft upstairs, and made it their personal den. The apartment had all the amenities for a short stay - including kitchen essentials and a lovely terrace perfect for a cozy stay. The Hostess Alessandra was very courteous, provided us detailed information regarding the self-checkin / checkout process. All sightseeing points were within walkable distances.
− One of the toilets was very small. It was very inconvenient to even move around inside. Also, there were issues with water clogging in the basin, which we reported to the hostess. Please mind that the apartment is located on 3rd floor of the apartment, which is accessible by a very small lift - capable to fit only 2 person at a time.
