Location is great, but not value for money property.

Property is in Central place near Galata Tower. Support person tried to help in few things that doesn't work. Arranged transport also whenever we requested. Property owner allowed to check in early on our request and check out late for one apartment.

− Air condition didn't work on 2 floors on first day. People has to adjust on other apartments One floor was repaired on 3rd day and the other never got repaired. Rent entire apartment for the entire period is gone waste. Those are very old air-condition units that can not be repaired. Some plumbing issues and hot water issues.

Nothing, as I was given a different property than what I booked. Additionally despite my objection to the property owner, neither action was taken nor explanation was given.

The only positive about this apartment was the location. It was very close to Galata Tower which was great However, note that due to this location it was quite noisy at night even with the windows closed etc, which is not great if you have yound kids.

− Prior to our arrival we had messaged the property to enquire if there was a lift in the building as my daughter is disabled and in a wheelchair. We were told that there was and were to be on the 2nd floor. Upon arrival (bit late due to delayed flight) we were met at the apartment building by a lady called Nina. The main front door could not open so couldn't get my daughter through it without having to take her out of her wheelchair, collapse the wheelchair and take each piece through (2 piece). Access to the hallway was filled with boxes so no way we could even wheel her through. Got to the lift to find that it was so small that only 2 bags would just about fit.let alone a wheelchair. Nina spoke to someone who said we could use another apartment that was on the ground floor and 10mins walk away. Having sent my wife and kids with Nina whilst I waited for a taxi which never arrived to take us to the apartment. The alternative apartment we were allocated was on ground floor but was not clean (and had to get a cleaner in the next day). There was no toaster and the lighting was dim and not bright enough. There was mould in the kitchen and even when someone had a shower, water would come through the wall into the kitchen. The only positive about this apartment was the location. It was very close to Galata Tower which was great However, note that due to this location it was quite noisy at night even with the windows closed etc, which is not great if you have yound kids. Overall, not pleased with the apartment we ended up staying in and couldn't review the one we had booked as didn't make it up due to the lift issue.
