Liked the place. Comfortable. Hot water situation was weird.

− The hot water situation was weird. No hot water to the bathroom sink. We reported it and the staff told us that the city limits your hot water…even though we hadn’t used any yet. They agreed to send a technician the next day. Upon returning from our day out we found the faucet running (for hours?)! The water was hot. The next day and for the rest of our stay we were back to no hot water at that sink. We ended up getting hot water for the bathroom from the kitchen.

10.0L’appartamento è davvero molto carino e dotato del necessario per poter fare colazione/prepararsi qualcosa di caldo. Il bagno è molto spazioso e pulito. La zona bella e comoda vicino alla Sagrada Familia e a varie fermate bus e metro. Il servizio clienti veramente eccellente, le ragazze della reception sono state gentilissime e al check out abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli in un locker sicuro e si sono anche adoperate per trovarci un taxi fino all’aeroporto.
− I materassi troppo morbidi, poco spazio per riporre i vestiti, prodotti da bagno un po’ miseri per quattro persone. Si tratta di sciocchezze ma per il prezzo pagato sono migliorie da considerare a mio avviso.
