10.0We moved to this apartment hotel after staying in a centrally located apartment that was good, but not air-conditioned in all rooms—turns out that's not a given in Florence. We moved to this apartment hotel and it was simply perfect. We stayed in the penthouse apartment, and it was 'wow'. There was enough space for everyone, and the staff was amazing, welcoming, and helpful with every request. It's very clean and also not far from the center, with excellent access to public transportation. Highly, highly recommend! This will be our regular place in Florence.
